thanks, we need all the sensible, practical, and implementable ideas we can get since i was only appointed citom chairman effective July 2. its 10 times the work at half the pay! hehe. ako suggestion na pod - take the figures / numbers of the capacity of a highway / street to cater # of vehicles and compare it to the actual # of vehicles passing over a period of time.

Example, street from USC TC campus to Ayala. Consider nga peak time like 7AM to 8AM. . 2 lanes right (ato lang sa exclude ang opposite lane/way)? But pila man ang capacity na ma-cater sa dalan? og pila sad ka sakyan ang mo agi dha? now if almost parehas na, syempre expect ma puno ang dalan. now, aron ma luag ang dalan, we have to identify unsay naka cause nga mapuno man at that particluar period of time?

Sa ako tan aw, inig 7 to 8am gani, kanang atbang sa Bright Academy (woodridge ata), maoy usa maka hatag og hindrance sa traffic kay daghan kaayo mag left and right turns. How about adjust nato ila classes period, like from 7AM ila IN make to like 9AM? unya out sad nila later like 7PM? or close them! and give them incentives to transfer like free tax, etc aron lang mo balhin sila?

Next, kanang sa UV (just beside Brigth Academy). how about apply nato ang police power sa govt to ask the owner of the front lot (kanang vacant lot tapad sa basketball court sa banila) na to sell the lot for loading and unloading?

so my point is lets convert a street a hindrance-free, disallowing left or right turns even a specific period of time lang. Parehas anang sa Paradise, if gikan ka country mall mo left turn ka but you have to stop and wait your turn to turn left... once mo stop ka, stop sad tong tanan luyo nimo abot nas fly over ang stop... if i-disallow, di ba continous lang ang flow?

Now, if di mo sugot, wa gyuy paagi - padak on ang mga dalan kay nagkadaghan ang mga sakyanan pero ang dalan wa mo tubo / or mo dako... build fly overs bahalag cute... ang cebu island wa mo dako, ang sakyanan nagkadaghan....

ang mga trucks ug mga dagko sakyanan lahi ug dalan i mean paagion cla sa dagko2 nga dalan.. usa mn sad gud na mkadala sa traffic.. gamay ra kaau ang dalan nia dagko nga truck ang mangagi..

Don't know if this will apply or if this is proper to impose.
I think we should have a new laws like:

Every residence can only have a limit of 2 cars. No 3 or more cars a residence could have. Or maybe 3 cars can be a limit. I dont know, as long as it has a limit.

Every route (PUJ) should also have a limit. For example: for the route of the 21B jeepneys, their total population could only have not more than 50 units (or maybe 100 units, i dont know what's right for that). Meaning every jeepney that will be used as PUJ needs to be registered (no colorum). Unregistered PUJ will not be allowed in the streets (we can reduce heavy traffic through that, i think). There will be no extra jeepney running on roads until there's a vacant slot for it (registration process).

How about trains? Why are there no rails in Cebu?


Well, above is what i can share. Those are some of my ideas to solve heavy traffic.
I dont know if ive bumped another law with those ideas.
