Maayong adlaw ninyo fellow 550D users... Need some help sa akong DSLR.

Just recently noticed this as this was not in my other past photos.
I noticed 2 red dots in every photo that I took

Does anybody else have this problem, Ordinary ra ba ni nga hugaw sa lens, sensor etc. or is this something I should worry about?

Under warranty paman nuon ang cam pero need advice sa mga master dha kung unsa ni, gaproblema gyud ko kay bag-o pa kaayo ang cam
