Not really depende na sa position nga imong gi applyan..If taas ang position of course e consider jud na nila ang grades...Basically karon kay experience na ang importante dili na ang grades..But plus gihapon na ang grades........Di naman good na magamit ang grades once mo work naka.....hehe
i think # 1 pra dali ka madwat sa jobs is backer then kaduha ra intelligence. but if you have more experience and skilled ka, dali ra mn mdawat!..

+1. Applicable to locally owned companies. The mentality is that if you did poorly in school, you'd do poorly at work. Stupid way of thinking IMHO.
Grades matter? Tell that to Einstein, Bill Gates, Steve Jobs. I dunno of successful Pinoy dropouts or undergrads.
Convince them why your skills matter most, then it should be a fairly easy win, more so if you have experience to back it up.
Depends on your course and job. Because for me I'm a pharmacist and i admit i had 2 failures before coz dmd sa kalisod but then again pag-apply nako ug job, walay sukit2x diritso ko gi-hire because in need amung job.![]()

its not about grades, its the skills and experiences.....

dli man... kadaghan CUM LAUDE nga mga palasundog ug hilig ug kodigo ah.... kahibaw jd ko ana kay bsag ako scholar ko manundog pasad ko bsta gipit na sa panahon....
