Dili ba ni responsibilidad sa mga congressman? Asa naman diay tong ilang pork barrel? Bisan kinsa ang gobernador, ma opposition man o dili, dili gyud kahatagan ug proyekto kun dili ka alyado. Mao ni ang naka-apan sa atong pulitika, baluarte baluarte, to each his own turf, but why does this have to translate into Cebu divided into regions? This is clearly politics gone bad. Ang tuyo ug tumong aning mga congresistaha is ang ila lang kaugalingong bulsa, they have not presented a logical and not enough economic reasons why they would want to separate. Nag hisgot diay nga kung madayon nga dunay bag-o nga province tanan cebuano nga tawo sa Cebu island maka run as Governor or any elctoral position sa new province... just like what happened sa pag approve sa Talisay City nga tanan cebuano puwede ma elect/run in any position sa new city... Mao tong si Eddie Gullas naka dagan bisan dili siya residente sa Talisay....

Concrete basis my dear is the anecdotal evidence of maids and other trabahadores from the Negros/Davao province working in Cebuano households. Now they wouldn't just migrate to other provinces do they if thier home provinces are the "economically" progressive wouldn't they?
