Well, PC-Express has been good to me when it comes to customer service. I've never had any major issues whatsoever; their staff has been very attentive, and most of them know what they're doing. Their store's layout is very well thought out.
PCQB however is a different story. Talk about clueless, rude, apathetic attendants.

Well, i noticed that too. But i observed them well, there are only three technician [maybe] and others who only knows how many stock they have in a particular item. Regarding the other three/two, it may look like they're technicians but they're the ones in-charge with the release of stocks and no knowledge of the product.. a guard and a "stockman" who wears like them (technicians). same jackets!
