SRP is the future of Cebu. Big investors include SM and Filinvest. They are both real estate developers. SM owns a 30-hectare property which will be the place for SM Mall of Asia Cebu, condominium units, hospitals, school and others. While Filinvest will develop its own with 10 hectare land as wholly owned and a 40 hectares joint venture with Cebu City. SRP will truly become a city within a city.

Ka suway mo muagi sa srp nga wala naka taxi? kanang open ang windows sa sakyanan or if naka motor mo? naa lagi lain baho diha no? gikan na sa inayawan landfill? unsaon na lang if developed na kaayo ang srp then naa pa na bahoa?
