pero if matuman jud ang plano ana, nindot jud tingali na ang SRP. pero daghan mawad-an balay duol sa SRP tungod kay buhatan man na ug dan gikan sa C. Padilla paingon ngadto sa baybayon sa SRP.

Very nice business presentation but wala na lang unta nimo gibutang ang "Money lost through leakage" kay murag dili diplomatic ang presentation for public consumption. That module should be left to the people who are really into it and not to the people like us.
In fairness, it is actually a laymans term of explaining a business cycle to those who are learning the importance of economic growth.
+1 ko ani bai. kay kung imong tan awon ang business plan nindot kaay ang sinugdanan unya pag abot sa katapusan naay buslot ang mga tax payers ani bai maka kita ambut lang unsay resulta usa pod bah ang source ani nga business plan kinsa man? he/she has the authority to post it here for public consumption? o gi open nani sa tanan? i dont know? kay mura man ug okey ra kaayo na naay leakage gud... remember SRP is under cebu city government unya gi utang pa jud ni.
SORRY FOR THE MISINFORMATION.
THE CHART I PROVIDED IS NOT IN ANY WAY RELATED TO SRP MANAGEMENT. I JUST COPY/PASTED THE FIRST ENTRY IN GOOGLE WHEN I SEARCHED "TOURISM MULTIPLIER EFFECT".
I ONLY DEEMED IT AS AN EXAMPLE BECAUSE SOMEONE HERE IS ASKING FOR LAYMAN'S TERM ABOUT THE SUBJECT
to simply put it:
More facilities/infra/hotels/theme parks/resorts ----> Tourism will BOOM -----> More tourist means more livelihood ------> local economy will BOOM
...
<double....>

I totally understood you Lomotel but the one who is asking for a laymans term is probably naive enough to understand the economic effect you want to convey. He is probably from the mountain province that is why he is asking for a laymans term. The topic here is simple out of his league...
