Tomas = big impact projects (SRP, IT Park, Cebu Business Park, Flyovers, Sister cities, Peace and Order, etc).
Rama = Beautify the City? Not even sure if this is woorking or just contributing to traffic and cost. Honestly please educate us if you know of any.

Tomas: Dodge cars accusations. Allegedly given by a private entity/company for the city and pocketed.
Rama: People's taxes. Allegedly no accountability and transparency on how he spends hundreds of millions or billions of pesos in tax payer's money since his first term, ending 6 years of no accountability.

What are your thoughts?

I would suggest to back-read before giving any comments.

You can also find details like Php 300M allocated for CCMC.
Once the budget is passed it is left to the designated departments to utilize the funds for it's "intended" purpose.
Wonder what happened to the Php 300M? The problem is that we don't know.
