Should newbies be disallowed to post under buy/sell and pm access?

Hi,,,i think im just a newbie here but i have some concerns regarding the buy and sell stuff,you see... i got interested in istorya.net because of the Buy and Sell section ONLY,not on the other threads/topics,whatever you wanna call it., I cant even post if I want to sell or buy something(mostly buy stuff),just because i'm a newbie in this forum doesnt mean I really am one.come on! thats why I registered here in the first place because of the B&S Section, if i have to achieve 30 posts just to get rid of this "newbie"thing then I would be spamming right?I wouldnt post anything thats none of my concern.

I have to PM the one selling or the one buying but its just a two way transaction,I also want to hear other peoples offers ya know!., To the mods and people concernd out there, how do you suggest to solve this issue? If ever there will be...

newbie hir. pwede lang 20 ang kailangan post pra maka access sa buy/sell option. ok raman sab na 20 pra maka explore ang newbie sa forums den to prevent spamming jst to get access to the buy and sell section.

Agree jud ko ani Master Beor na dili pwede magpost ang newbie because most newbies dont read and obey the forum rules which is wrong because rules are created and implemented to have a peaceful transaction.Daghan newbies dont know how to negotiate.Thats why they should obey the rules,like for example the buyer want to make "hangyo"he/she should do that by contacting the seller not by posting bad word in order to ask a lower price which is not good.So to prove that newbies are really serious doing business in Istorya.net in Buy and Sell they should be a premium member.

Igo ko ani dah I'm a newbie here and the only thing that interest me in joining Istorya is because of the BSTC thread. I have no problems with the rules set in this forum. I just want to ask if its a requirement to post in other sections before we could say we belong to istorya.net? Can we just post on the sections that interest us like BSTC and yet we can still be accepted to be part of this forum? Sorry but Im offended with this statement as a newbie of istorya.net

ok ko anang naay membership para sa mga sellers para pud makaincome ang istorya. nya at least mailhan na ang mga sellers, para safe ang mga buyers sa mga ilad.
