hay naku! its really gud not to hide ur feelings right? but...u know..its really easy to suggest it but 1000x more difficult to do or say to that person...to those who'd say show it, id like to ask howand please be realistic...not juz through talks and blah blah...i kinda need it...

it's like a ballon... when you try to hide your feelings, you put air into the balloon and what happends is the balloon get's more noticeable so does your feelings.. and when you let it go quickly it flies away but when you relase it slowly you're still in control..

hmnn naa koy nabasahan nga article last nyt related to hiding of feelings....
and it goes like this..

theres this girl nga naa xay na inlaban, tas iyang gitago iyang feelings, as in kept to the max nga deadma nya ang guy maski hurting inside. just then it happens nga namatay ang boy, and the bestfriend of this guy, naa gipamana sa iyaha nga box, full of loveletters nga para sa babae. as in mutual diay ang feelings, mahadlok lang ang guy basin ma reject iyang feelings...

the second situation is, friend sila sa guy, tas kani laging babae, dali ra ma fall specially if worth falling for ang lalaki, iya napud gihide iyang feelings, afraid nga molayo ang iyang bestfriend nga lalaki, just then...in the later years kay namenyo ang lalaki, but mebalik ang lalaki sa iyaha saying.its suppose to be her, kaya lang daw afraid ang guy nga masira ang friendship nila....

so wat does this imply.. bad ang magtago tago sa feelings? or what
