let's start with suffrage
i was only able to vote last year... and i am 24
i have not exercised my suffrage for pila ka years

when i was still in Cebu, in our place i do community building facilitation. In our place, its so heart breaking seeing many who lacks education.

That's why, i believe, a strong community, built w/ good values and educated individual, corruption won't prevail.

we can see evidences from the matured community of other countries, their people - who appreciates the evil effects of corrupt practices, would instinctively call upon their leaders to vacate post if his/her integrity is tainted.

if an istoryan member is trying to circumvent the rules here in istorya.net, how much more he will do with the laws in our country and yet he is crying for change. what the h*ll. you have no right to demand for a good governance when you yourself can't adhere to the simple rules as implemented.
before we talk about how bad our government is let's look at ourselves first how good we are.

- i watch news jud para pud aware ko sa mga nahitabo sa world
