Sorry, no offense but i don't consider contact centers as "best companies" as they offer same same benefits, same same allowances, basic compensation packages. The work schedule is terrible. The job is stressful. Development is very limited. Perhaps they are good to work for because tag-as man rates but the reality is the rate is not in the top 3 of my concerns. Non-monetary benefits important kaayo. Like where i'm working now, we're given the opportunity for a housing loan, car loan, etc... financed by the company of course and payment is scheduled with special consideration to how the employee can pay. I'm very proud of where I'm working at now.

    wa sad ko nang-recruit... hahahahaha
this is just my 2 cents worth.
I hear you bro. Para sa mga misguidied, mo ingon nga "best" kuno ang ilang kompanya nga call centers. tsk!

maayo rana bai sa mga sugod trabaho, kanang need jud to earn... but if you want a career and not just a job, i don't suggest contact centers.
The most successful employees are those who bridge the gap between work and play in their respective companies -- meaning imung trabaho mao jud imu gusto buhaton.
For me personally, the success of my job will be measured by the amount of positive change I am able to contribute to my company. I am IT oriented, pero wala ko nisulod ug IT company kay i don't feel like there's much I can do that's measurable in the corporation. I want to change to happen for me and the company. mao na akong consideration.

The best company is the company where I'm working right now... hehehe... 20 days vacation, PH holidays, HMO up to 4* dependents, you can play DOTA or online games everyday, and you can go home early as long as you have completed your work correctly. Free food and beer on Fridays (you can drink beer in your workstation, as long as it won't affect your work). Most of us come here wearing shorts and slippers. The founder has good leadership skills and knows what he's doing, and unlike many "startups" out there, the company is already raking in profits.

We're looking for senior Web developers who really knows back-end development (i.e., kanang kabalo jud mo-program, dili kanang mogamit ra ug Drupal or Wordpress). We're using PHP, but we're also using many technologies to solve various problems (mogamit sad me ug Python usahay, and the server side uses Linux stuff like LXC, nginx, squid, ElasticSearch, SOLR, etc). Hiring sad ug writers karon. Please send your resume to jobs@crowdmetric.com. Thanks.

    * Di ko sure kung 4 basta apil immediate family... dili lang pwede kung imo parents above 60 yrs old...
