good leaders are not essentially important...(thats why we have dept. of trade, DOST, and many other advisers of the president)

ie. marcos was extemely smart...so smart that he managed to make a country w/c was a nirvana into a place where we know only of spite and hard ship...pity


what is essential is simply honesty...(so he/she can be easily SACKED and REPLACED- with a no evil or LESSER evil , w/c ever is available)
