.. that was annoying to watch. corruption-in-action. anyway, i have only one question to all these new fees on violations of CITOM.... WHERE DO ALL THE MONEY COLLECTED GO TO ... coz i can't seem to connect CITOM to any branch of the government or to what project should they undertake, they have lots of money from Towing alone......

For your information and as far as i know, only few Hundred of pesos goes to the Government and more than Thousand of pesos goes to the Towing Company.....hehehe!!!

What can you expect any development made by the City Government by just collection only Hundred of pesos? ....Libaong? Floods? Poor Traffic Signs? Malfunction Traffic Lights?....etc.

Maayo pa ang Towing Company,....nag upgrade na and nag add na pud sila sa ilang mga Tow Trucks!

Maybe nag plan napud sila Chopper para dali ma makitan ang mga TRAGETS!...ofcource, para dali ang Kuwarta!!!

Hmmm....how much would a Tow Truck cost?

Once again, a Motorcycle was towed on the same location and was caught again by CCTV Cameras and the video was posted again on YOUTUBE.

This time, still no difference.... No Warning Lights On during their opeation, They didn't bother to look / call the attention of the owner even for few seconds.....(trust me, I was there watching!) If you see the video, they Towed the Motorcycle as fast as they can.....why?....Naa sila Quota?

Crowded naman gud ang syudad so we need discipline for the car owner and discipline for the towing company. Kung mo park sa no parking zone e tow dayon. Unless kung dili ka kabasa sa signage. Kung mo parking gani ko dapat safety ang sakyanan kay hasol kaayo.

Pareha unta ni sa mga drug lord, kung masakpan patyon dayon. Sa mga kawatan kung masakpan putlan dayon ug kamot. Sa mga rapist kung masakpan, putlan dayon ug tintin.

ah ako gani ni park lang ko kadyot kay duna ko important gi txt message to answer. diha ko park dapit cebu doctors hosp near that church 7pm ni doul dayun ang tow truck nag back up kay birahon. na kurat sila kay ni kalit ko ug pa dagan sa car nako.
