You need grit. Employers look for hard skills. I can't blame you for grades because context wise you are referring to the philippine employment environment who have high standards yet lousy pay and worse is there is little room for improvement. Just find a lucrative trade that you enjoy doing and keep doing it. Clock in a fraction of 10,000 hours to get a sense of competency in your trade.
Grades just put the wrong people who have the wrong talent in the workplace. The most successful people out there just do what they do best and they enjoy doing it.
Almost most of the time dli mu matter... usually as long as nka human na sa kurso and you qualify sa requirements para ma interview for the position you are applying for then okay na na.. dha ra na nila makita imo grades once nadawat nka kay apil sa requirements imo TOR, but still nadawat nka ana so dli naka nila tangtangon![]()
Nope. It all boils down to how you sell yourself during the interview.
If they see that you've got potential and have what it takes to be a
part of their team with your right attitude and skills for the job, you
have no trouble in landing a job of your dreams.
Grades speak of nothing when you've got no skills to boot.
"People who love to eat are always the BEST people."
Julia Child
Grades speak of nothing when youre just applying for a job. Not a career.
The big distinction between successful people and lucky people.

Those were the days when a university degree ALMOST guarantees a better life. Not applicable now for most companies unless of course the HR is still stuck to the 80s era.
