One more thing , even though COMMUNICATION , COMMITMENT are implemented .... chances are INFEDILITIES can be also present for the human needs are there . To avoid that , FOUONDATION jumps in to block it and serve as the bridge . Ive seen also couples who love so much each other and maybe talked to each other everyday in the phone but still has their own little ways of infidelities because of the needs though they only love and communicate each other when present .

FOundation for me is the form of constructingf the love not only in PHYSICAL form but in MENTAL and SPIRITUAL form also . If ur foundation is based on the 3 I mentioned , there is no way a love can be hindered just because of the long distance relantionship .

On the BRIGHTER SIDE of LDR , isnt it nice to figure out that early how strong the love is ?? Mas nindot mo lubad ang lalaki o babay dayon while early kumpara ni lubad after maybe more than 5 years ?? Mas sakit na paminawon tungod sa bonding na yet the earlier signs would not be that hard to figure out unless di nimo love ang person but for the sake of the relationship without a cause .
