lying is an art, someone reminded me that and so is manipulation. Some people are just terrible at exercising them. Smart people do it without a trace but dumb people don't. If you want to be evil you need some intelligence if not you're just a plain crook.

In a very clear manner, can anyone straightly outline the rates, including training, basic rates, incentives, etc. and how the company really works para masabtan jud ni nato unsa jud ni ilang style? Salamat daan.

kung hardworking jud ka then wa ka'y absent2 kay mkakuha ka ug mga more or less 12k (per month)kay 5 days a week raman ang trabaho then no work no pay man...

then kung normal ra ka nga tawo like everybody else kay more or less 9k (per month)... pro kailangan wa ghapon ka'y absent2...

if ever preha ka nako nga tapulan ang twice or once a month naa jud ka'y absents or lates, pag expect nlng nga less than 7k (per month) ra na imong sweldo... and ayaw sad pag-expect nga magdugay ka dha nga company...

libre hnoon ang meals nya nice kaau ang mga co-workers and TL's... except sa mga <toooooot>... (Bato bato sa langit, ang tamaan wa'g magalit. Ang pikon ay laging talo..)

nya wa'y bayad ang training kung di ka kapasar nya most of the time less than 20% ra jud na ang mkapasar... ang ako advice is use your GOD DAMN brain lng jud or taronga lng ug diskarte... that's what I did rman sad in my 4 months nga naa ko ana nga company...
