after 3 months Manilas granary will be EMPTY...if the prices continue to hike...
ASK ANY HACIENDERO OR FARMERS WHAT HINDERS THERE PRODUCTION AND PROGRESS...most of them will tell you the same thing ...land reform act...
think about it if i was a rice dealer...you would sell it when the price is high not low right?...
IMO - EFFECT of the LAND REFORM act -(read it) IT IS AN WHICH WAS NOT reviewed fully...the acts contains various articles and guidelines WHICH ARE NOT SUSTAINABLE..(I.E LAND MINIMUM. ETC.)
ASK ANY HACIENDERO THE LAND REFORM ACT WAS DESTINED TO FAIL...it may have lacked the study to see if the act was sustainable...or it was done by people in power who could still hold power for a long time (naa dghan loop holes...ehehna ang maga datu - na naay conection sa gov't samot ka datu)
anyone who has a farm can answer this...he can shed light on what the MINIMUM requirement of LAND SIZE IS NEEDED TO MAINTAIN A TRACTOR (dapat use ta tractor arun mas daku production kay ang baka gamay ang production since hinay cya and daku na standard oif living na2 e compare sa unsa na ma buhi ra ang tao sa baka)
solution probably is to change the land reform act...

na ang maga datu - na naay conection sa gov't samot ka datu)
