try erythromycin and tretinoin every night. This should be applied sparingly geff_chang. If it doesn't diminish in size, please visit your derma for extraction

bro, my simple yet very effective technique.

i have been to a dermatologist many times with avery costly med's.
a good idea though yet effective just for a couple of months then back again with pimples
i have been also using different kinds of
creams, powders, soaps, scrubs and a lot more.
not effective it will jst worsen, believe me.!!!


wash face every noon with a warm water
and scrub it using a face towel
be very sure that it is very clean and sterile towel
then by night i use any mild soap like safeguard white or tender care
do not rinse immediately leave for a couple of seconds
then scrub again your face with a face towel, every inch of your face
then rinse very carefully
then wash again with a moisturizer soap
preventing the skin to be dry, use "dove" soap then rinse again
then sleep max of 10 hrs a good night sleep a very effective way
a good exercise and avoid direct exposure to sunlight.

ok ra ang carrot soap...pero naay gi recommend ang derma nga vitamins...any Vit E like Myra E ug kanang with Zinc nga Vitamin like Centrum.

na...ako kay mangatol sa ponds. try lang sa mga gipang suggest sa taas. but prolong use ana mga product kay makapa immune. so jot down all the suggestion kay if dili na mu work try another napud..

With regards to the site Dan Kern`s Regimen the product he used, i only doubted if these are available here in cebu.. My friend currently using Clinda and RA lotion(dermatologist prescription) but only leds him into dissatifaction may be i can recommend the said regimen. Your reply are much appreciated Maam...
