Guys naa ko question but before amo ni ako situation, nag apply ko sa chase 3 months ago i confess nga nag awol ko sa aegis tongod namatay ako sister dayun 2 days ra ge hatag sa aegis na leave sa akoa. My question is pd pa ba ko mamakak sa ila nga convergys ra ako company ug wala na lain pa? what if dili nalang ko mo confess sa ilaha nga ga awol ko before para walay samok? unsa man n u matambag guys?

i used to work for this company and indeed they are very strict when it comes to pre-employment and background check. so my advice is for those who will apply with this company...make sure you declare everything coz they will find a way to know things

Been working for Chase for almost a year now. All I can say is that nindot jud kaayo ang environment for me, everyone treats each other professionally. Although naa jud mga manager na pirteng labad sa ulo daw. Good thing buotan tanan akong mga manager na agi.an.

I would like to encourage everyone who is interested to apply. Just be yourself during the interview and don't try to hide anything.

Sir, fresh grad ko ag march... naa kuy plano na mu apply sa ailang fraud analyst position...mu mind ba sila kung naa kay proffessional license? although pang technician ra akung license, kailangan ba ni naku i-disclose tanan?......unya unsa ka grabe ang work? makaya ba na isabay ug review?(if naay plano na mu take)

apply ko after na sa pasko ug new year..TL ko sa akong current position pero nahan ko mo start balik as na agent sa JP para sad ma aware ko..promotion will come along the way guro..

Fresh graduates are welcome. They don't mind at all if you do or don't have a professional license. If you are asked then give the appropriate answer. Depends on which LOB you will be placed. For me, this is my first time working for a BPO and so far I can say okay jud kaayo siya and di jud ka mag mahay sa pay.

Ang minimim hiring requirements kay atleast nka.complete ug 2years in college without any back subject. Or if wala kaabot ug 2years, atleast 1 year CC exp.

Regarding sa AWOL. Sakto tong gisulti sa usa ka istoryan, na if na redeem imung AWOL sauna kay okay rna. For example ng.AWOL ka around 2011 pero 2 or 3 years nka sa imu current company, ma.redeem nana cya. So payts2 ra. Bsta i.disclose lang gyud ninyo tanan kay ma.stress pd sila ba na makuwaan ang hires. Char haha. Goodluck sa mga mo.apply!

I'd like to correct this though.

1. JPMC now accepts college undergrads as long as you have a call center background (1 year if I am not mistaken; I don't also know if this is permanent).

2. As for AWOL, that is up to the management's discretion; however, during the interview, I strongly recommend that you declare that because the company value Integrity so much that if you fail to disclose very important matters such as this, it can cost you your job.

3. Lastly, Chase isn't any ordinary company. You will be working for one of the biggest bank in the US, thus it is very important to them that their employees can meet with the standards that the business is asking for its employees. Those undergrads hired today like me are so lucky that Chase is giving us this opportunity. You can't blame them for being so tough, since even other BPO's in the country are asking you for your credentials when you apply. If you have a back subject or INC, they won't hire you too. Chase is even being generous now, because they are giving consideration today.

If you are really curious if this company is for you, I strongly recommend that you give it a try, rather than you complaining here in the forum. We can't help you, we can only give you pieces of information so your application at Chase will go smooth.
