wa ghapon ka ka gets noh?
of course, i am not in favor of legalizing prostitution based on my catholic morals. and based on my critical, logical, and analytical thinking, that it will be next to impossible here sa pinas because of our time, place, and culture...
to add, based on my evolutionary, psychological, and liberal perspective, i find it not immoral to legalize prostitution, use condoms and birth control pills, and watch porn.
BUT my religion is still on top of my moral standards...
SEE THE DIFFERENCE?
BUT i am not dictating to everybody what is my right & what is my wrong...my moral standards is not above nor below others.
Just try go to Europe or US...of course, it is a different place, and culture...and if you try to tell a person there that pre-marital *** or same *** marriages is immoral, she will slap you in the face. why? you are dictating to her of your morality. you don't even know her if being a liberal or existential feminist is on top of her moral base than her religion...lagi, you will stick to your Catholic morals, but mind you, your morality is not above any other person's.
if you base your personal morality to Christian doctrines, radical feminism, and local politics...of course you are against prostitution in all forms...and that's you. but just don't hold it as above others.
Laws are made by Men, which were also based on the Divine Laws...but not necessarily Christian laws...and even though it is, it is not always the case. That is also why we have
separation of church and state for that matter.
Not righteous laws? i beg to disagree...
