ok guys check this out! i got this reply sa tech support sa meridian and we know that meridian is the the one maintening this so called smart wifi, got this from the link given by rusted, basically its also a forum

As of the moment, there are ongoing constructions of hundreds of base stations nationwide. This would help to serve other areas that are currently not included in our coverage area. The bad thing is, newly constructed base stations only get signals from old base stations causing congestion which leads to slow to no internet connection in the network. The pipe started to be choked more than a month ago but they are still accepting hundreds of new subscribers everyday. Sorry, I have to say this. I am from Meridian. I just can’t take this anymore. My conscience always disturbs me! T_T

so what do you think guys? if this is the situation maayo kaha ato connection ani?

Right now, im experiencing a very slow connection. Very slow that from my PC at the second floor, I can go down and make myself a juice drink and go back upstairs but still the page wasnt fully displayed nga before medyo ok ok nalang unta bisan hinay gihapon. Unsa na ni oi! Wa gyuy taga NTC dha makabasa?

yah, i have the same sentiments..ngsugod adtong thurs,,permi ka potul2 unya hinay na jud..gud as wala kay connection.abe nako akong lan card naay probs.kay pag ping og tracert nimo.more or less parehas ra man reading adtong ok ra xa..katulo jud ko ga ilis og lan card..pero mao lang ghapon..kapait,every time mg ilis og lan card..dugay kau mo register sa basestation ang imong new mac address..cge lang ko ka redirect sa portal..balik balik lang jud og login until nadawat na jud kadugayan..haaayy..ka pait ba ani..abe nako ok na after that dec 24th upgrade..nibalik nman pod sakit aning wifi..less than dialup speed napod..

aw...daghan diay ta ani with the same problem. abi nako at first nadaot ako pc or lan card or something sa smart jud diay ni ang problema. hahay na lang...when pa kaha ni maayo?

mao dyd ni problema sa smart wifi hastang hinaya.. bi using wifi bak n cdo sa balay..

mantinir lng ko 46kbps

may nlng na kay kato ga gamit ko 12 kbps dyd speed sa smart wifi cdo.. hasta!!!
