I think its not good when:
1. shown to kids
2. shown in public places
3. shown to sick people. the more they'll get sick.
4. tolerated in the philippines where the government is having hard time controlling population. it can be a cheap form of entertainment for the homebased masses who can't afford more wholesome but expensive recreational activities. hehehehe.

It is good when:
1. use as educational materials to couples
2. created as an art form.
3. stimulate creation of babies for countries with zero population growth. hehehehe
