~ is it feasible place for dwelling (water, environment, distance to the buyer, delivery of goods [kay basin lau sa mercado or agrivet], does it have septic tank)

~ near you (for hands on management/supervisory)

~ near caretakers place

FACILITIES:

~ hog pens
~ electricity
~ back-up water source
~ septic tank or dumping area for waste

LONG TERM FUND:

~ If fattening, i doubt 30k would be enough if mag-start mo ug 4-5 heads. sa feeds lang daan.
~ If anay, samot kulang 30k bro. [ex. 1 hog from farm cost me 2800.00php then ang cost until sa panganak kay niabot ug 17500.00php... nya kaluoy sa ginoo 6 ra kabuok ang anak = 6/heads x 2k = 12,000.00]
