sa 10 stages nga career life morag naa sa 1.5 stage ang school. hapit nako mg 9 years sa akong work life after march graduation so far wla pamay nangayo ug TOR. hehehe. Even dre sa abroad. Pangitaon hinuon ang work certificates, then they will ask you these questions tell me about yourself?, what do you do? and do you know how to do these things?

It matters as to the position you are applyiong for. Entry Level , Supervisory level (whatever level).
It matters what the company is looking for ( Fresh Graduates without a big deal for failing grades)
It matters how the applicant asnwers questions .

Point is, It depends! and has many reasons why one gets hired. =)

Actually, most companies nowadays are looking for the skills than the grades. What for is your grade if ang imong communication skills is really poor? How can you be a manager when you can't properly talk during meetings?

Yes, grades are important, but the point is - grades don't limit the availability of job offers for you.

No it's not true. It's about your attitude and character. When you are called for interview, most likely you'll be ask to seat down and wait for a few minutes before being interviewed. It is because you are being observed.

Before grades does matter, nowadays, you have to develop skills plus your character so you can be hired. There are bright people who graduated magna, cum laude or honor student but doesn't have a descent and high paying job.
