Still, wrong points. Mere ideas that are just seeded from the topic. I speak facts here, not opinions. My facts are above.

What are your facts? YouTube? lol. Better read the daily papers.
How did you know that she KNEW what was going to happen ? Even if she KNEW what was going to happen , as long as she said NO , it is a NO and that would be RAPE and she would fall to the classification of a VICTIM .
Those highlighted words are not FACTS but mere assumptions .
" A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. " - 2nd Amendment , Bill of Rights of the United States of America
If you read them, you'll understand.

haha... nice debate...
I have to sleep for the meantime... but I still stand on my viewpoint... I don't know.. It somehow feels good to be on my viewpoint, so it might be right.. but again, as you have stated, it might be wrong... just taking my chances though.. I usually believe my deductions.. Good night to y'all...
WRONG. even if partners (married couples, people in relationships etc etc) are in the middle of a sexual act, meaning "they're doing it" but in some way or another either one of them said NO and the partner continued on even with the other person vehemently wanting the act to stop, then that is still RAPE.
here's an excerpt from Was I Raped? | RAINN | Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network:
- Did both participants agree to take part? Did someone use physical force to make you have sexual contact with him/her? Has someone threatened you to make you have intercourse with them? If so, it is rape.
- It doesn’t matter if you think your partner means yes, or if you’ve already started having *** — “No” also means “Stop.” If you proceed despite your partner’s expressed instruction to stop, you have not only violated basic codes of morality and decency, you may have also committed a crime under the laws of your state (check your state’s laws for specifics)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
meaning, even if the girl knows what's going to happen but said "NO" in some part of the whole 3 days, then it still is "technically" called RAPE.
OT: who gave you those Asit's high time to take those back.... I would be happy if I'd be given C's after this exchange....
