Ang asset is anything na kaay value. Pwede siya income generating like investments pero pwede sad siya dili income generatin like gadgets and luxuries. Si Kiyosaki man gud iyang gi simplify pero gihimong gospel sa mga tawo. Nag libog na nuon sa definition ang mga tawo. Basic accounting ra ni. Ang asset is butang na naay value. Tagaan kag celphone - oo dawata kay asset na. Pwede na ma convert to cash if imong ibaligya. Kiyosaki was just saying na if ganahan ka mosaka imong net worth, focus on income generating assets and not on luxuries and other assets na mo depreciate ra. Ayaw tawn i simplify. Try sad basa ug bahalag basic accounting.

There are 2 types of asset... (1) Positive asset. Example ani kay ang real estate. Increasing ang value ani as the yrs goes by. Mag appreciate ang value ani. (2) Negative asset or liabilities. Example ani kay ang mga gadgets, sakyanan or even ang balay per se. Why? Mag depreciate man ang value ani nila. Sugod dayon ug drop ang value inig palit nato. Ang balay, mo saka ang price nya tungod sa yuta. Bisan gani i-renovate, maka compute dayon ta's depreciation value nya.
