presuming it is a fact, what would still be disgusting is the way she brags about being an elite. read her articles she is bragging about being first class.

Reading how Malu brags about her socio-economic status should be the least of our concern, maybe it would make up for the things she couldn't accomplish let us just respect that. If she's bragging about her being first class, let her.

we can't compare people because each has its own attitude, character, perception about things like I can't compare you and your opinion/idea with Malu's; about the economy seat, lets turn to the fact that Malu was supposed to fly first class but a friend advised her to take economy.

about maltreating the bisayas? I don't know maybe there is just a misperception with some people like maids are inclined to being a bisaya because it, really is common wether we like it or not, truth hurts.

^ respect? she doesn't even know what that is

respect begets respect. that's the truth. and the violation of the truth hurts.

Respect it? She was not merely bragging about her status but she was belittling our OFWs. Humor as she may call it, but what she has just written is a very faulty generalization and was made by her mere observation. She doesn't know each or probably a single OFW she's with in the economy class. There could be someone who's way richer than her yet who's not a showoff like her.

@Tambok, If someone called your Mom fat and ugly (and let's say she happens to be well... not so goodlooking), would you go on and say, "Well those are their opinions, we have to respect that and whether we like it or not, the truth hurts"? It's the same with Malu's article. There's no way I'm having some stupid columnist undermine and spit on the sacrifice and pain my parents and millions of other OFW's went through just to break the poverty cycle.

    ^ well said

they had better keep their thoughts to themselves. if they open their mouths, watch out nalang sila. they don't feed my family or support in any way so what right do they have to belittle my parents? wa sila nalipong?
