call center are using slang words which mean uneducated word or street words...or abusive words that's y balikason na cla sa ilang costumer.....y not talking in a nuetral way or natural way

ug ngano kasulti ka ana? if in-ana man, ikaw ra siguro ga buhat ana...
as much as possible, we call center agents speak as polite as we can(even if nindot na kaayu ipatay sa cust). even if unsa ka negative unta amoa ipanulti, we try to deliver it in a positive way

sometimes i use street words, sometimes formal words, it depends on how i assess the person im talking to.. whats importa is i can connect to the other person.. if i receive a call which requires street words, id just say, "im not your typical agent".. hehe..

Professional jud kaayo. Ayaw jud dad-a ug gamita nang imong nadunggan sa mga storya storya lang kung ganahan ka mgdugay sa imong gi trabaho-an.

"im not your typical agent" - Ayaw sab na gamita na line kung ganahan kag peace ang harmony..hehe
Use polite terms. Ask your QA for spiels. Ayaw jud ko pangutan-a kay wa jud koy ayo anang mga polite/bedroom spiels.

If you receive a call and he is using street words, then be professional and just stick to your formal wording. Bahala na xa mg use ug iyang kaugalingon na words.
