    nice input there

is there a possible way that you can compare the actual light output on fresh battery for S10 and F1?

    thanks in advance
If there's a person willing to lend his F1 for test, we can have a comparison of the beams. Pero mas hayag jud ang F1 kay cool white man iyang beam tapos 400 lumens pa jud.

Had LL upgraded their M1 with higher lumen output, I would have bought it right away.

I would agree on the durability and sturdiness of the F1, it does feel sturdy and durable. Though the S10 is rated to be impact resistant at 2 meters, the main board doesn't have a spring to buffer the force of an impact since the battery is smacked right on the circuit board unlike the F1 that has a spring on the inside of the light.

The S10 is not ideal for those who have slightly big hand or thumb as the switch is really small and it doesn't have a "tactical" feature, while the F1 has a bigger button. ONe thing I noticed on the S10 is that the beam is medyo may pag ka orange gamay ang iyang beam though both i1 and S10 uses the same emitter, XM-L, medyo naa sa cool white side ang i1 and warm white ang S10 is you compare the beams side by side.

I have confirmed with AlphaSource also that they are selling replacement part for the rubber switch of the S10, in case it gets torn apart due to wear and tear or abuse. I'll ask Solingen later if they sell replacement rubber switch cap for the F1.
As usual, thank you for the response. For a while, I was also having this tug-of-war between the s10 and the F1. I was really more into the LL F1 but what stops me from buying it is the price.

But now that the s20 is available, I think Im going for this one instead.

And thank you for the info about AlphaSource selling Olight replacement parts. That would be very beneficial to Olight owners.

Welcome bro. Ako sad, I had quite a hard time deciding which one to get, though reputable ang LL when it comes to it's durability and reliability, I don't want to risk buying the F1 and ending up with regrets if ever the rubber switch wouldn't be able to take the beating, they should have placed a thicker rubber switch like the one on the 2nd gen LL P7 which I really, really like. Another + factor for getting the S10 is their replacement parts which LL doesn't have. Now, I can use and abuse my S10 without worrying about it's rubber switch getting damaged.

My best thrower is the LL P7, second is the LL P5, the rest of my lights are flood lights. Both lights, technically, are throwers but the M21-X has a bigger bezel diameter and has 100 lumen more output (M20-X is 500 lumens while the M21-X is 600 lumens) and since the M21-X has a bigger bezel diameter it is understandable that the hotpot of the beam is larger and brighter than the M20-X. Both also use the XM-L CREE LED which is more like a 'standard' emitter for Olight flashlights.

Too bad these lights are still pretty expensive to buy, I think the M20-X is 5,000-6,000 pesos.

Was I able to mention that AlphaSource is selling cheap CR123A batteries? Brand is Olight. Relatively cheaper than branded CR123A cells but is of really good quality. Price is 85 pesos per battery.
