On the Job Offer, sign ra sa contract.. about the first req, u may submit it within 5 days after NEO.. pag-ibig, phil health, TIN, u will be given forms during NEO.. to be submitted within 5 days also..
I'm on training now.. u may say it as lisud kay high standards au ang teletech in terms with english but lingaw pud au.. hope i will pass..

yeah, the offer for the L2 position is definitely attractive. but you have to be techie inside out. the exam's quite difficult.

its not difficult if your techi and know computers very well thats y the salary is big cz u need to pass that exam
they want to make sure that L2 is very technical cz they will handle escalated calls
