Why very intelligent men fail with women?

Hey, hey, intelligent men are human too... and the heart has its reason that Reason could not know.

The thing is it is a typical aspect of men to only focus on one or two things at time, thus so when a man is intelligent only his mental prowess is constantly used and exercised, his mind is sharp. Yet if its only the brain that gets the attention then how about the heart? It's a muscle too, it needs exercise but alas it appears for a large number of very intelligent men(and very intelligent women too), they kept their brain sharp but their hearts weak and vulnerable...

Nope, if the level of intelligence you're refering to is the "above average" normal not so geeky yet, they, in fact require much logic when it comes to love.

But the genius? Generally weak when it comes to women. The reason behind their success.. or downfall.

Maybe it's like this... from a normal person's perspective, it's not an intelligent man fail with women...

but..

it may be, from the intelligent man's point of view... it seems that many women fail from his sets of standards in choosing a partner... taas man gud ug standards ang ubang mga brayt... like a friend of mine... he's now 26, wla pa cia naka gf jud bisan choy2x cia gamay pero he's looking for a gwapa, sexy, buotan, wala pa naka uyab, and virgin.... Taas ra kaau cla standards...

@sanosuke, bro you have a very good point.. so its generally women who fail really intelligent men eh? Noooo, please disregard that, I'm kidding that's just a teasing remark...

But in a more solemn note, MAYBE it is really a rare breed of women who can deal with such men, as case in point the relationship between the characters, Alicia and John Nash of Ron Howard's A BEAUTIFUL MIND...

Or maybe another case closer to home, my mother and my father! Â*Ah!

One's intelligence can be used to screw dumb but very goodlooking women. That is in no way what I would consider failure.
