How do you assess our Lapu-Lapu Mayor?

bro ang problema sa opon kay daghan ang dili lumad dri kumbaga nanimuyo dri tungod kay dri lang nanarbaho... sad to say kasagaran ani nila akong nakaistorya walay love sa opon... busa kani sila sa panahon sa eleksyon ug bayaran sila sa ila boto dali ra kaayo mapalit...
hahay, mabot wa ko kasabot sa pangutok sa mga taw.. mosugot raman ug bayaran nga kahibaw man sila nga ug modaog to ang politico nga namalit sa ilang boto mamawi jud to ryt after the election...makadisappoint ang election process ug mentality sa kasagaran sa mga oponganon ron... makasapot....

Mostly sa mga taga opon mapalit ra jud...mao na ang issue...it's not ang mga dili lumad sa opon lang...
If you'd really think of it deeply, ang mga nagtrabaho sa opon whether lumad or dili, mao na ang population nga less likely nga mapalit during election.....remember...taxpayers biya ni nga population...and taxpayers would always expect something in return for what they paid the government for.

Ang problem lang is mas daghan ang mga non-tax payers sa opon (di lang ko moagamit sa term nga gipanggamit sa uban diri..hehehe) but it's true...most, if not all of these non-tax payers mapalit lang ang boto...

Anyway, I think this city is one of the worst cities I've been into so far....sad to say.....

Mostly sa mga taga opon mapalit ra jud...mao na ang issue...it's not ang mga dili lumad sa opon lang...
If you'd really think of it deeply, ang mga nagtrabaho sa opon whether lumad or dili, mao na ang population nga less likely nga mapalit during election.....remember...taxpayers biya ni nga population...and taxpayers would always expect something in return for what they paid the government for.

ako lumad ko dri, gikan sa katigulangan namo dili madali dali ug kwarta.. pero ang kadtong igo ra niari dri ug nanarbaho tapos nagsquat pa jud pinakadali mahaylo...

there really people nga mabaw ra pod gyud ug panglantaw sa kinabuhi, mao ni mga tawhana ang dapat di pabutaron. dapat unta apil sa requirement sa makabotar ang neuro & psychological examination. Ug di ka kaabot ug certain points di ka kabotar.

Bahin sa kanang mapalit, daghan gyud pud labi na diha sa may isla, sa sewage ug kanang squatters area atbang ba na sa pusok cemento dapit sa dagat pero dili gyud pud nuon tanan pero maihap ra ang dili. But on the second thought, bisan asang dapita sa Pilipinas, naa man gihapon daghan nagbaligya sa ilang mga votes!!!

I was not from Lapu-Lapu originally but I started my "own life" down there. From my first job in MEPZ, started my family and nakapundar ug balay.

The present mayor, although he had some accomplishments like pagtangtang sa tricycle sa highway (along Pusok), but he have more palpaks than achievements at a ratio of maybe 1:6. Traffic congestion along Basak, problema sa drugas, mga kulang sa disiplina nga empleyado sa cityhall among others. Lapu-Lapu City kon ayohon lang ug manage, dato gyud kaayo unta. This is just a small island and it should be very easy to manage what you need is a robust masterplan (provided sundon pud sa next leader).

regarding sa mga tricycle maau tawn ni pagkalipat kay usa bya ni ang mga tricycle organization ang nisupporta ni radaza. pero after election natangkugo intawn sila... wa man ni maddress ug tarong ang problema sa mga tricycle, labi na nagkadaghan ni noon sila and ang routa nagka gamay.... you are right indeed lapulapu city is a small city, comprises of 30 brgys.. mismanagement ang nahitabo dri sa opon karon pakapinan ug graft and corruption from the lowest position to the mayor...

Just recently gani, the acces road paingon sa emission testing centers likod sa lapulapu lto gipasara...I dunno unsa jud tinood nga reason but the people there told me nga naa ray wala mabayri...
Pero if hunahunaon nimo, ang pagsara ana nga road is causing greater inconvenience sa mga taga opon more than the inconvenience caused by the payment problem to the city hall...
