    @reishoto: bro, you also have to understand that the RETAILERS are the suppliers' NUMBER 1 customers. why do you think WALMART is the biggest retailer in the world? one factor is customer-store policies, and those policies are made clear to the suppliers before they give the green light.

    Don't be too stup*** of course it should be within return policies. Asa man ka nga after 30 days... pwede pa ang product gipalit.... then pwede pa ilisan. Binuang na pud na. Sabta nalang gud alangan man pud i.spoon feed pa tanang replies. Wa siguro nimo basaha ang una nakung post.

    My opinion is... why would you put the customer into a situation where dili nila sala? Refund nalang kaysa pahuwaton nimo ug 30 days before a store could say nga defective gyud ang product?

    Isn't the customer entitled to get his money back if you, the store, wasn't able to give him the product (in good working condition) to the customer? That's his money! Ikaw ang store, ang wala mo keep, part sa imong deal. Guba imong produkto.

    If this is the case, why don't the store give a working product to the customer, while waiting to resolve the problem with the supplier? Then ilisan sa supplier ang defective nga product.     if the product is defective, the customer is entitled for a money-back. end of discussion.

    from my understanding, sa pcx, pahuwaton pa ang customer ug 30 days while the store is resolving the matter with the supplier? that's BS. why would you want the customer to wait 30 days when he/she needs the product NOW?

    they wont give you refunds, but i think they'll agree if you exchange it with another product.
    basta within tolerance level pa (i mean within a few days or weeks palang)
    if it's more than a month, no.. they'll send it back to fix it.

    at one time, We decided to return the product and exchange it with a new productbecause we told them we couldnt wait, fortunately they agreed. (within a week after buying the product)

    there was also a time where they gave us a replacement product while we wait for it to be fixed.


    if you went in there acting like an idiot, you can guarantee they'll stick hard to their policies and cut you no slack. If they guy you're talking to say that they couldnt do anything and that it's their policy. he meant that he couldnt do anything and it's company policy and he could get fired. Usually the supervisors or the managers can help you. so be nice to them ^_^.

    nowadays, i only go to pcx only if i have no other choice. as most customers here says, they'll send it in manila for replacement. there are other good choices here man, like thinking tools. their service office is right here lang man in cebu.

    @fruit salad aw swerti ka kay naa man ka sa states ingana ila policy man kaha aw maau gud.......
    different man ang scenario diri sa pinas tawn dong mura man sad kag wala naagi kapuyo diri pinas
    and besides lisod kaau e apply ng ingana nga systema diri kay kuyaw kaau mga utok pinoy
    and to clarify lang sad there is 1 month awr gihatag sa store nga mo directly replace sila provided no physical damage and item.......
    kna mag wait og 30 days mao na ang gi pull out and dili gyud na pwede mag refund
