i work at night sad and sleep in the daytime pero i make it a point that i wake up and still catch the sunlight. mga hapon na gyud. that would mean i still have to go back to sleep mga gabii just right before going to work; pero depende ra sad. it is extremely important that i catch the sun. gives me the feeling nga i woke up from a good night's sleep. hehe. try drinking milk and imagine you are a child getting ready to be tucked in to bed. try soft music and draw the blinds/curtains. good luck.

Im having sleepless nights lately because of my erratic sched. I went to the doctor for help, he asked me to take a tranquilizer, Xanor good for one week only. It was good. I recovered from my being wide awake owl.
but dont abuse on taking tranquilizers. even the doc wont recommend to rely on those.

yeah, drink milk. try warm milk before going sleep. milk contains tryptophan that induces sleeping. nyt2!
