People in Luzon or say GMA, are somewhat ignorant.

Asking questions like "What time does the electricity turn off in Cebu?" "Do you already have malls in Cebu?" "What's the form of transportation in Cebu?" is brought about by IGNORANCE. That in itself is not enough to hate Manileños but how most of them act towards someone whom they think is from the province, IS. Most of them think that Cebu/Cebu City is a remote, mountain area. A backwater.

that's sad. a local channel, as a matter of fact, announced Cebu City as the best place to live in, in the country based on a study/survey conducted by AIM.

hahaha... its not surprising to find most of them thinking that CEBU is as REMOTE as BATANES or whichever island that doesnt have electricity, means of transportation, water and other city amenities/features.. lol
