nya kung mangayo ang technitian nila ug charge pa setup sa imong network or file sharing or unsa. iyaha na. dili na sa xcomp, nang sideline ranang technitian.
wakekekek... i talked with richard, nya ang usa nya ka major problem kay kung ma virusan ang computer sa mga customers niya, tawag ghapon didto office. bsan wa nay labot ang xcomp sa mga software problems niya. most of the technicians are out doing home service to people whos promlems are not part of the warranty. like viruses, games nga dili ma install or unsa.
I think customer service like that is great. nga bisan tawn way labot ang xcomp sa mga software problems basta hangyuon lang tawn magpadala nalang tawn si richard ug techie para tabang.
and ofcourse usually ang technitian mediocre ra jud tawn na..mga regula laborers ragud tawn na. ang uban gani diha pa ga ojt. its not like they are MCSE or ComptiaA+ certified. basta lang kbalo mu assemble og PC nya install windows okay na. You want 'expert' people adto ARctech, maayo man kuno sila didto, pero you see the price difference. Most of their computers are for "commom" people. not so with high end stuff(because obviously there is no market in there).
ako 6 years nko sa xcomp. sure bati siya asahay baligya. murag pirmeng uwahi ilang stocks. their website is crap, wlay update. but when you call on the phone and talk to the owner personally, and talk about your concerns, that i think is also considered customer service. okay sila. not 100 percent pero nindot gihapon.
sa pcxpress, mabuang ka ug tuyok tuyok unsaon pag claim ug warranty. quickbuys ambot lang, quicksteal mana sila. MOST sales people generally dont know about the details we computer "experts" want them to know. tindera ra tawn na sila. they dont care if the Motherboards FSB is 400 or 533, most dont even know what CAS latency is. samot na kng ngutana ka unsa STepping sa processor nga imo gibaligya.
amen...
