Your network configurations are OK.
What programs does not work?
Can you specifiy clearly?
Unsay may dili mag-kita?
Games? Some games needs IPX/SPX instead of TCP-IP. Should add these protocols in your network settings if needed.
Can you ping the outer PC?

Try also this command:
arp -a

And post here the results. This gives the MAC addresses seen by your LAN.
This should result to at least 2 MACs, the router and the other PC.

Good day! Im just new here in this forum. paki check daw sa imo cable (cross cable). dapat ang partner:

basi pagka crimp sa cable wala mamaayo. ang pinaka importanti sa cable connection is ang 1236 cable. dapat magkita na sila.

firewall guro.. i-disable daw imo firewall sa windows and firewall nimo sa imong antivirus..
kung maka-internet ang duha ok ang imo cable..
kung mag remote desktop ka, unsay error? kung wala ka password sa duha ka comp kay dili man ka remote..

@tsk3x ur right bro'... mao na ako pasabot nga check the firewall. if naka firewall ang windows dili ni cya ma ping, if wala sad pwd dili ka rdc...
