Guys... Guys.. Guys... Be calm. Ayaw pud mo ug under estimate ana na company ui. As far as I know, saun ra daw ila mga accounts.. Yes, no pressure sa work unlike sa ubang callcenters. But, who would pay you enough salary without doing anything hard/ doesn't demand much pressure on your part? Support Save is a low-cost BPO company and they cater to SME companies abroad. Please note too that, SS is a growing company. And they are doing pretty well.

I guess, it's okay to work in a not-too-BIG BPO companies.... THAN NOT TO HAVE A WORK!

F.Y.I. ako gikan ko sa CVG customer service account and karon naa ko sa SupportSave as technical support.. kanang level akong gipasabot is the non-technical account. Mao na niingon ko ug level, i know what im saying dili ko mosulti ana kung wala ko kabalo sa akong giyawyaw and besides 60 mi kabuok nag apply sa tech. account 2 rami ang nadawat sa among batch... so mao na nga ayaw ninyo matamataha.. kay wala mo kabalo! LOL..
