    In 6-8 years? Ambot lang... haha murag mao na na ang mainstream. Bitaw, we don't know for sure. But the way I see it, considering the pace of technology these days, murag dili impossible ang 100 cores. OT: Ever heard of the tera-scale project?

    the mainstream wud be the 80core in a single die desktop by intel.

    80 cores for AI/Physics/Sound

    CPUs are still very very slow for real time rendering. even if they are 80 or 160
