this policy should be scrapped.. it's not helping OFW's at all... it will just create problems for them...

CORRECT! like me as an example, directly hired ko. then if the government found out that my company's hiring directly filipinos and in return advised them to abide on this new Memorandum No. 4. Do you think that my company will still hire me even if there are other nationalities that can be easily hired without the headache caused by their government/country like India, Bangladesh etc. particularly that these countries that i mentioned is globally competitive too when speaking of skills. i was almost hire by a new company to work in Kazakhstan this March, they already sent me the contract details and everything runs smoothly until the procurement incharge emailed me one day that the'yre afraid & turned me out because of the new rules of hiring Filipinos. I was really pissed off at that time but couldn't do something about it since it's done.. Kung kinsa man to ang plano nga mu work abroad through direct hiring, please if you have knowledge about petitions online about this crap memo, please PM me, kay kung naa pa ko dira 'run sa 'pinas. usa na cguro ko sa niapil sa welga about ani...
