if registry ra, means your files is still intact. just setup a new OS lang bai, but don't format it, just leave the files alone. after setup,
backupi lang imo files and reformat your drive to a fresh OS para dili hugaw.

kung naa ra ang administrator account pero dili ka kasulod kay dili na mao ang password, gamita to gisuggest ni cold_fusion nga linux bootdisk to change winxp admin password para marecover nimo ang account using Butitoy's suggestion.. naa pud ko pang reset ug all passwords, administrator, etc for winxp, win2k3 pero lau kaayo ko kay taga cdo city ko...

just "reinstall" windows, overwrite over it.

dont do clean install... im pretty sure your installed apps will still be usable after setup where windows will rebuild registry parts that has been damaged.
