u can flash it with updated bios or just the same bios version. the point is mailisan lang ang current bios nimo kay naa na na problem.

how to flash bios? unsay paagi ani mga bosing? do i have to download the bios nga compatible ani nga board or adto lang ko sa bios setup?

you have to download it from your manufacturer's site. and read the instructions from your mobo manual on how to flash the bios and follow it to the letter.
