Nindot ang gagmay ug interest, mo-daghan gyud imong clients.

    dapat mo consider pod ani:
    1. Don't trust your friends
    2. Don't trust your boss or higher ranks (if you are working to a company at the same time and you have lending outside)
    3. Make sure you have a promissory note signed. Notarized if possible.
    4. Much better if you require PDC. Para naay concrete evidence.
    5. ATM not a good collateral nowadays kay naa nay online banking. Ig inquire nimo kay wala na sulod, gi transfer man using mobile phone or thru internet.
    6. If you are into this business "promises of customers are 75% broken".
    7. Accept that 20% sa imong gross income kay bad debts (wala mamayad). If it reaches 50% or more review your rules.
    8. Ayaw ipabaylo tanan sa usa ka tawo. Inig layas hurot imong kwarta.

mao pa na ako ika share karon based on experience.
