Kadako aning land oi! Hehe. Besides, there will be plenty of Condominiums, subdivisions etc. Kapalit ta ana in the future because there will be plenty of high paying jobs for us. Mag save ta ug money then buy a house and lot or lot for us.

It is a hoax nga mahurot ang lots dire sa pinas if foreigners will be allowed to own a land. Besides Philippines is not the only country in the world, so ngano mahurot man ang ato land for foreigners? Kadaghan pa bakante ug mga useless lang kay gigamit ra sa mga ukoy nga politiko.

If I will be the country's next president, my first agenda is mamawi sa jud ko sa dakong gasto nako sa election...nyahaha

btaw seriously, first and foremost, i will select my new cabinet and form a 6-point agenda (or better 12-point agenda)...and that list of agenda will be the result of the collective gathering from all sectors of society, and finally sifted and selected according to priority...the topmost being economy based...

well, the judiciary is not under the executive branch...as we all know, our gov't is divided into 4 branches: the executive, the judiciary, the legislative, and the CHURCH...nyahaha. and the first 3 are independent from each other, but dependent on the last...nyahaha

Right, but who appoints judges to the Supreme Court and selects the Chief Justice? The president can also increase the budget so that more judges can be hired. Despite the constitution's separation of powers, the truth is, in our country the president still has an inordinate influence over the other branches. Just look at how GMA controls the Congress.
