Anyone know where i might find those alu meshes or recommend something as a good alternative.. my heatsink is about sticking out at 20mm outside the panel area

Earlz, try visiting hardware shops, I think I saw one sa lahug, sa steel and stone, different mesh types. As for the case mod, murag maglisud na gyud kay busy busy na gyd, sorry man.

Ni twag ko sa steel & stone, the smallest hole they have is about the size of a 5centavo coin.. basin kana nalang akong gamit.
