i think it would be beneficial sa mga working force. pero ato man pud e-take into consideration ang companies who would do the increasing.

its all about pros and cons. pero ako, sige increase para makapalit kog bag-ong sapatos

1. Tas-an sa company ang wages sa employees
2. Tas-an pod sa companies ang ilang prodcust and services aron maka afford sila sa employees nila
3. Kay nakita man na ni taas ang commodities , it means mo taas pod ang COST of LIVING
4. It will breakdown ni taas ang sweldo ni taas pod ang gastoson
5. Tabla ra sa wala , mao companies against it makes sense , sayang ra s apen and paper for the paperworks being done in the HUMAN RESOURCES .

it should be studied carefully first before doing it since some companies are not earning that much to give an increase to their employees. some companies might even opt to transfer to China or other countries that are more competitive.
