i think it would be beneficial sa mga working force. pero ato man pud e-take into consideration ang companies who would do the increasing.

it should be studied carefully first before doing it since some companies are not earning that much to give an increase to their employees. some companies might even opt to transfer to China or other countries that are more competitive.
