All people, since birth actually belong to three general body types:
ectomorph - inherently niwang since birth, examples are slim housewives who stay slim even though sigeg kaon etc etc, and people like Tado, Brod Pete, etc. (I belong to this category btw)
endomorph - inherently tambok since birth. It's possible nga they can become niwang before mid-20's but after that, especially mga babae, moburot dyud bisag unsaon nila'g pag diet
mesomorph - the best body type...can stay niwang and can stay fat if they like, and it's all controlled simply by food intake. Best examples of mesomorphs are athletes, bodybuilders, and pornstars hehe
So relating this sa topic, if you are like me, an ectomorph, unless you take some form of steriod, you WILL NEVER GAIN WEIGHT by food intake alone. I can eat as much as I want pero dili dyud ko motambok. If you are a dormant endomorph, yes, just eat foods that have high calorie content, and sweets, like chocolate, and sayon ra na. If you are a mesomorph, same with endo, but try to exercise while you eat, so that the intake will be processed by your body to become muscles tissue (workout, badminton, etc.) and not fats.
