anyway..some pics i've managed to grab... apparently from the first episode, naay two defense forces and macross frontier.. first are the regular defense force call "NUNS" piloting the "VF-171s Mechas" although wala gyd napakita sa first episode and iyang "gerwalk and battroid" mode..

and there was this some sort of reserved/secret/specail civilian forces called "SMS" engaging in some sort of covert operations.. basta mao to sila ni respond after the captain signaled the code.. they were the ones piloting the VF-25 mecha which apparently not civilians even some regular soldiers knew much about it..

with beef-up fast pack boosters and strike parts.. kinda looks like a VF-1 type atmoshperic boosters though..

i lvoe the anime and not to mention it is related to the original macroos storyline.hehehe..the main character is the pretty boy type unlike the previous main characters of the macross saga but the mecha design is amazing..the VF-25 is beautifull...kinda reminds me of the EXCALIBUR.hehehe.and skull squadroon is back!!! wooohooooo!!!

VF-25 looks more like a fusion between YF-19 and VF-11.. with dominant features sa former..
