so meaning bro kung pareha specs ang duha ka GPU xcept lang sa bit niya. mas nindut jud ang dako na pareha ra ang specs pero sa bit lang ga lahi, or pareha ra sila duha?Originally Posted by carmicaeld

dili ni sila parehas, kay ang G92 is a 65nm GPU, compared to the 320bit nga 80nm...Originally Posted by limes
memory bandwidth should be slower by at least 2 GB/s due to 256-bit interface compared to G80 GTS, but higher core and shader clock speeds more than compensates for this plus 16 more stream processors.
aw so lisud jud ni icompare ang duha kay lahi sila ug mga style. tabla ra ug dual core sa intel ug sa x2 sa amd. lahi ug mga style. ^^,
@limes:
hm... you can actually compare g92 and the g8x easily... g92 equates better performance, kay mas nindot siya ug technical specifications. yep, ingon si bro weezur, na mas daghan ug stream procs ang g92... if you put g92 at a 320 bit bus, or even 512, it will be a good card, and a force to reckon with... remember ATi's 512-bit cards? nindot man to sila...
for cash-strapped guys like me, it won't matter as long as over 10k ang prices ana. hopefully the hd3850 or the 256mb 8800gt will be around 8k pesos..hehe
so meaning basta dako ug bitrate nindut siya? understood na ba na na nindut jud siya kung dako siya ug bitrate?Originally Posted by carmicaeld
dili man tingali bitrate ang tawag ana bro... kay bitrate is use for audio files... like MP3 files kung pila ang bitrate mao na ang number kung pila ang kbps...Originally Posted by limes
the more appropriate term is bandwidth or memory bandwidth...
awh heheh thank you bro. mura raman gudh ug pareha. hehehe. similar raman ang bitrate sa bandwidth sa akong panan.aw.Originally Posted by fish
bandwidth is an important aspect of a videocard, but its not everything. the architecture of the GPU is one thing... the clock speed... number of pipelines, etc...
